OBV: 6 Closely spaced date, bottoms in a straight line; 83 a little apart. Dash to left from upper serif of 1. Base of eagle's neck smooth. Seven tail feathers, four of them touching ground.
REV: I Thirteen berries, extra one just left of bow, and looking more like an extra stem. E in CENT heavily recut. E in ONE high at base but in line with N at top.
