This is a nice well worn Libery Capped Bust Dime, this is a OVER DATE, 4 over 2, the Bust Dime shows wear and scars over the years due to the rime being worn into the details it will grade a AVG-3, but it is a tough date as the same, the photo shows that this variety of the 1824/2 Capped Bust Dime has a Flat-Top "1" in the words "10 C." at the bottom of the reverse of the coin. The difference between the 1824 Flat Top 1 vs Pointed Top 1,in Addition, the 1824/2 overdate error where the 4 is stamped on top of the 2. Small parts of the underlying "2" can be seen around the outsides of the "4" as depicted by the arrows in the example
